Anyone know how much fluid is left in the system when the light comes on and how long will it last as I don't suppose my local Citroen garage can

The Eolys liquid pouch does eventually require replacement as original Xsara Picasso owners know all too well. I never experienced this problem myself on one of my previous cars, a 3.0D Jaguar XF, but other forum members were getting orange DPF warning lights, requiring an 'Italian tune-up' when they didn't do enough miles to complete the DPF
A DPF regeneration usually takes around 1 1/2 hours to complete. Ultimately, the time that the job will take will depend on a number of factors, like your vehicle's make and model and year. Select your car at the top of this page for information on job time and cost for a DPF regeneration your vehicle through ClickMechanic.

But DPFs anyway only last 80k - 120k at best. They are generally a disaster and why I advise readers not to buy ex-fleet diesels.
6.01 does work on windows 7 32bit but not 64bit there is lots that can be changed and you are better of having internet access turned off partly to stop updates and it will work quicker. the times it asked to log on the Citroen is where it checks or downloads info from there, servers, this can not be done unless you have a proper account and Lexia.
I tracked the regeneration of the DPF for approx 6 months via my Lexia, the regeneration procured every 600-700 miles and when the filter indicated it was 100% blocked and I have no problems with the car. The DPF of your Ford Grand Tourneo Connect is clogged. Here is the most frequent malfunction. No wonder, a DPF gets clogged as time goes by. Particles form clusters and thus hamper the evacuation of exhaust gases. Usually, the DPF in your Ford Grand Tourneo Connect must automatically purge itself and therefore destroy this soot. 1g0a.
