I'm already level 30 and realized I made some poor choices early on with perks, I put 3 into the +10% exp perk and those could have gone towards something better. Warmonger is a perk in the Fallout 3 add-on Broken Steel. With this perk, all custom weapon types are available without the schematics. ILMSW 15 years ago #3. 1.SPECIALS can only be raised through bobbleheads, one or two special items, and the Intense training perk. 2.Yeah, normally you want to focus on the real important ones like intelligence, agility, and one other. 3.In the beginning you should push for Small arms because the majority of the weapons are just that. The commands are: player.setav - Sets actor values to a given amount (S.P.E.C.I.A.L., skills, resistances, actionpoints, health, etc). Using setav will affect the perk chart and unlock new perks for the player to select from. So, if you want to set your charisma to 5, just type "player.setav charisma 5". Toggle power armor use setpccanusepowerarmor [0 or 1] Remove player from all factions removefromallfactions. Remove all items from selected NPC removeallitems. Remove Perk player.removeperk [perk ID] Kill selected NPC or enemy kill. Kill everyone killall. Resurrect selected dead NPC or enemy resurrect.
