Just went and looked at a 2007 Kymco Agility 50. This scoot has 17k miles on it and does not run. The owner said that it needs a new head and then it would run. His story is that he was changing the spark plug and stripped the threads. A friend tried to tap the threads but failed and may have gotten metal filing down in the engine.

I wouldn’t pay as much for Kymco as Honda. That said, (as far as I know) Agility is gonna have a bigger wheel base and larger wheels, this is nice if you’re 6’ +. Perhaps my prior, less than satisfactory, experience with some cheaper Chinese 50 cc scooters left me easy to impress, but so far I think this is a great bike. It handles well, has nice balance and great brakes. It really soaks up the bumps well compared with my old 50 cc scooters. LUUN.
