Face ID stopped working. iPhone XS is up to date. Face ID stopped working on my iPhone XS today out of the blue. Phone is up to date. Tried resetting Face ID but it won’t recognize my face when it says to place my face in the box. Won’t progress to next step of turning my head. Step 1 Malfunction. The iPhone X shows an alert that says it is ‘unable to activate Face ID on this iPhone’. When trying to setup Face ID on the iPhone X, we get the message 'Face ID is Not Available, try setting up Face ID later'. Also, according to the feedback from our client, Face ID on the phone is available after being dropped.

Swapped screens back and True Tone option reappeared. From what I can tell online there are some vendors who have the tools (like Apple) to copy over the screen data from the old OEM to the new OEM screen, and it returns the True Tone option. This appears to only work on OEM replacements. Hello, I would like to replace my screen on my iPhone 11 Pro. However, I accidentally ripped off the flex cable from the Face ID sensor. My question is, can I replace that and if so with what parts. Strangely enough, all the sensors are inside the device for me, and not on the screen itself (like other repair guides).
